Kingsmill is the only AAA Four Diamond resort in Virginia
with condominium style accommodations, spa services, golf

more than a gathering of family and friends coming
together to celebrate in a unique waterfront setting – a
Kingsmill Wedding is a moment in time that you and your
guests will remember forever.

Kingsmill Wedding Venues
All venues feature views of the James River and include an
outdoor terrace, patio or deck. The James River Grand
Ballroom showcases Kingsmill’s unique setting through floor
to ceiling windows. The Burwell Ballroom extends to an
outdoor lawn, while The Riverview Room is ideal for smaller
gatherings and features an outdoor deck and fire pit.

Site Fee
Kingsmill Resort’s site fee includes ceremony and
reception space, equipment, planning, coordination and
implementation of services as needed:

Ceremony Venue
• Outdoor lawn overlooking James River (includes indoor
back up for inclement weather)
• Up to 100 white padded chairs (additional chairs available
for rental)
• Ceremony rehearsal
• Two ready rooms
• Coordination of wedding party, family and guests during
ceremony
• Transportation of guests to and from ceremony lawn

Reception Venue
• Staging, dance floor and DJ table
• Placing and managing the wedding party during
the reception
• Coordination and display of tables, place cards, card box
and décor in reception space
• Coordinating schedules for vendor deliveries, set-ups
and meals
• Planning of spa services, golf and recreational activities
(golf and spa fees not included)

Included Services
• Bridal Suite overlooking the James River for two nights
• Complimentary self-parking for all guests
