James River Grand Ballroom $4,000 plus tax
Burwell Ballroom $3,000 plus tax
Riverview Room $2,000 plus tax

Menu Pricing and Services
Choose from wedding packages beginning at $95 per person
or à la carte menus from $62 per person. At your request,
Kingsmill’s culinary team will create a customized celebration
just for you. Alcohol is priced separately per consumption. All
food and beverage is subject to tax and gratuity and must be
purchased from Kingsmill Resort.

Included Services
• Menu tasting for four (4) people, three months prior to
your wedding.
• White floor length table linens and napkins.
• Kingsmill Resort’s banquet chairs.
• Mirror tiles and votive candles for centerpiece display.

Food and Beverage Minimum
A minimum purchase of food and beverage is required to
secure a ‘Kingsmill Wedding Venue.’ The James River Grand
Ballroom requires a minimum purchase of $15,000*. The
Burwell Ballroom starts at $9,000* with The Riverview Room
at $4,000*. Site and Ceremony fees are in addition to food
and beverage minimums.
