                                                                 A terrific 55 minute workout in the

                                                                    pool. Our class is designed to

                                                             minimize joint stress and maximize the
                                                              natural resistance of the water. This is

                                                              further enhanced by the use of “water

                                                              weights” that are specifically designed
                                                              for use in the pool. Our H20 class has

                                                                a strong cardio segment as well as
                                                                      muscle specific exercises.
