Ravi Kokani’s Journey: A Healing Turn Through Yoga
Pune, India – November 2016
Ravi Kokani, a dedicated civil engineer from Pune, found himself battling an increasingly difficult physical challenge. Struggling with severe lower back pain and an alarming increase in weight, his daily life had become marked by discomfort and helplessness. Medical consultations had yielded little clarity or relief—doctors were unsure when or even if the pain would subside.
Then, on a seemingly ordinary day, fate intervened. On 10th November 2016, Ravi happened to meet Adhiyogi near his residence. That chance encounter would become the turning point in Ravi’s journey toward recovery and transformation.
Ravi expressed his desire to begin therapeutic yoga, seeking relief from pain and a solution to his weight gain. After a careful assessment, Adhiyogi agreed to begin a personalized therapy program tailored to Ravi’s condition. The sessions began the very next day.
Just Over a Month Later...
In just 37 days, the results were nothing short of remarkable.
• Ravi’s persistent lower back pain significantly reduced.
• He experienced a weight loss of 8.5 kilograms—without extreme diets, exhaustion, or
hunger.
• For the first time in years, Ravi felt light, energetic, and pain-free, and all this was
happening naturally and easily under Adhiyogi's gentle yet effective guidance.
Ravi, who had previously tried several methods without any real success, found this transformation both surprising and deeply empowering. The combination of therapeutic yoga and a sensible lifestyle change designed by Adhiyogi worked wonders, restoring his health and confidence.
“Thanks to Adhiyogi for helping me regain my health and vitality. I never thought I would feel this way again,” says Ravi.
Ravi’s story is a testament to how dedicated personal instruction in yoga, when aligned with ancient wisdom and therapeutic precision, can help heal even long-standing ailments—without strain or stress.
OM Shantiḥ.
