Story of Lorenzo Bianchi –
A Journey of Growth and Gratitude Through Yoga
Lorenzo Bianchi, a physiotherapist from Italy, first met Adhiyogi in the summer of 2015. From their very first interaction, Lorenzo sensed the rare authenticity and depth of Adhiyogi’s teaching. Though their initial sessions were brief, they left a lasting impact—both physically and mentally. Lorenzo not only benefited from improved well-being but also formed a lasting bond of friendship with his teacher.
Inspired by this transformative experience, Lorenzo decided to take his practice further by joining Adhiyogi’s Authentic Yoga Teacher Training Program. His training took him across two countries: one month in London, and half a month in the serene northern countryside of France.
In London, Lorenzo faced logistical challenges—the teacher’s location was far from his own— but that never became an obstacle. Adhiyogi’s unwavering dedication and availability ensured that Lorenzo received consistent and profound instruction. Under his guidance, Lorenzo delved deeply into yoga—not just in technique, but in self-discovery, mental clarity, and emotional growth.
The final leg of the training, spent in the lush, peaceful landscapes of northern France, felt like a perfect culmination of the journey. The clean air, ideal practice spaces, and a community of enthusiastic trainees created an atmosphere ripe for learning. The experience was elevated by Adhiyogi’s constant supervision and encouragement.
Grateful for this rare opportunity, Lorenzo reflected on how much he had learned—not only about the ancient science of yoga, but also about himself. It was more than a teacher training; it was a deeply personal transformation.
“I thank Adhiyogi for the opportunity, for his sincerity, his deep knowledge, and his enduring friendship,” Lorenzo shared. “I wish him the greatest happiness and success, and may he continue to teach with joy and passion. May the winds always be in his favor.”
OM Shantiḥ.
