Matteo Rossi
For Matteo, the training was a journey into subtleties. They worked on feeling the body, listening to it, and — as Adhiyogi called it — “staying in the body.”
What fascinated Matteo most was the search for personal limits, not to avoid them, but to gently push beyond them. Adhiyogi’s vast knowledge of yoga philosophy and history was impressive, but it was his ease and neutrality toward religions, and his humor-laced teaching style, that made the learning so memorable.
OM Shantiḥ.
