Archana Sancheti – Fitness Trainer
As a seasoned fitness trainer, Archana Sancheti thought she understood the body. But when she trained under Adhiyogi, she realized yoga was not just an art of the body — it was a science of the mind and a journey inward.
From the very beginning, she was struck by Adhiyogi’s depth of knowledge. His Adhiyoga system, rooted in authentic tradition yet adapted for the modern world, offered her a new way of seeing and sharing yoga. His definition of yoga — “Any activity done with mental focus” — resonated deeply.
With his guidance, Archana began her own inward journey, discovering the joy and peace that arise naturally from mindful practice. The transformation she experienced made her want to spread the same to others. For her, Adhiyoga was more than a method — it was a movement, a way of elevating humanity by fostering love, happiness, and self-awareness.
She left the training with renewed purpose, a smile on her face, and a simple mantra from Adhiyogi that she now shares with her students: “Always keep a happy face.”
