This was not her first or even her second training with him. By the time she completed her third teacher training, she still found herself amazed by his use of unconventional media, unusual exercises, and out-of-the-ordinary practices. In her words, Adhiyogi is “a teacher outside the lines — for better or for worse.” And for Teresa, that has made all the difference.
To her, he is more than a teacher. He is a guide, a friend, and a fellow traveler on the endless journey of yoga — someone whose influence has shaped her life, her teaching, and her art. She continues to live and share yoga as a complete, authentic way of life, always carrying with her the wisdom and inspiration of their shared path.
