Lucas had been searching for a genuine yoga teacher since moving to London. His earlier introduction to yoga had been good, but something deeper was missing. By chance, he met Adhiyogi in India and was captivated by his mastery of Sanskrit and traditional philosophy.
When Adhiyogi visited London, he came to Lucas’s home, offering simple but powerful lessons. Within a week, Lucas experienced physical progress he hadn’t achieved in months of previous practice.
