Marina Vitale – Italy
Marina was a trainee in the very first teacher training ever given by Adhiyogi in Italy. That experience ignited a connection to both yoga and her own inner journey, one that she knew she wanted to deepen. So, when Adhiyogi returned to Italy for his second teacher training, she was there without hesitation.
This second training was a journey into both yoga and herself. Adhiyogi’s teaching was slow, deliberate, and rooted in ancient knowledge adapted to modern life. She was grateful for his presence, his wisdom, and the love he brought into the work. Sharing the path with fellow students created a kind of alchemy — one that shifted her perspective on both her inner world and her life.
