President/CEO Denise Marzullo continues her

travels to various child care providers that
contract with the Early Learning Coalition of
Duval. “I have been so impressed with how

welcoming and nurturing these centers are,
and the number of fun activities they use to
promote a child’s education,” says Marzullo.

For parents, finding a child care facility or
family day care home is one of the most

important decisions they will make. This is why the ELC of Duval works hard to ensure our
         centers are, among other things:
 Reflecting quality in the level of care and supervision
                 Up-to-date on training requirements

                 Meeting all staff-to-child ratios
                 Keeping parents informed
                 Maintaining clean, safe environments

Board of Directors. Each person brings a unique community perspective and a set of skills
that help us achieve our mission and goals. This includes
         three new board members.
