 In conclusion, for people who are on the fruit diet, the risk of malnutrition is high and is not recommended. But also keep in mind that balancing your diet by including these important elements can improve your life and health. This article’s purpose is to push us to consume more fruits and vegetables because many people do not put those as part of their diet. It is pointing out the advantages they bring and state clear reasons for why they are important. Who doesn't want to live longer, away from disease? Let's eat fruits and vegetables to stay healthy.
