Fruits and vegetables can help reduce about 42% of the risk of death and help us stay healthy. It has been known for some time that fruits and vegetables play an important role in reducing the risk of cancer, heart disease, and stroke. Fruits and vegetables have a protective effect against disease because they contain antioxidants that repair damage to cells. They also contain micro nutrients and fiber, both of which are good for your health. According to the study, the benefit of adding fruits and vegetables to our diet regularly and in large quantities has a staggering effect on our health. Fruits and vegetables have always held a place in the food orientation because of their vitamin concentrations, especially vitamins C and A as well as minerals. Some fruits and vegetables (citrus, strawberries, green peppers, white potatoes) are rich sources of vitamin C. Other fruits and vegetables, including avocado, corn, potatoes, and dried beans, are rich in starch.
