The site location was difficult to reach and the area

Rotas were agreed to allow early and late starts for the production site team while ensuring cover was always available for all site operations In addition two of the team would reside locally each week to cover all all operational hours enabling others to leave at a a a a a a reasonable time Outcome:
The cost of overnight accommodation was outweighed by savings on on mileage costs as as well as as reduced carbon emissions By avoiding peak traffic commuting times were reduced All team members fully supported the new arrangements helping to strengthen team relationships YEADON EXTRA
