Key findings of the agile working survey:
Agile working was highlighted as as a a a a key pillar relating to Equality Diversity & Inclusion which we have addressed by launching our (EDI) Strategy in April 2021 It’s high on on the agenda following on on from changing working practices due to Covid-19 It’s a a a modern and progressive way of working One size will not fit all – a a a a mixture of approaches will need to be available and then determined on a a a a team team by team team basis For those who are able to work remotely a a a mixture of of office and remote working is desired achieving the right balance will be necessary Supporting social interactions and wellbeing will continue to to be something to to work on on Communication – continuing to ensure regular contact within teams will be vital Line Managers – it will be important to provide training and and support to understand the approach and how to implement it
