        Kyocera employees are automatically enrolled upon meeting eligibility in these benefits:

        VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
        FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
        Kyocera offers Healthcare Reimbursement and Dependent Care Reimbursement accounts to cover additional eligible
        healthcare and dependent care expenses. You may contribute up to $2,750.00 to your Healthcare Reimbursement Account,
        and $5,000.00 to your Dependent Care Reimbursement Account annually pre-tax.

        VOLUNTARY SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INCOME INSURANCE
        Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance is available post-tax for employees and provides a benefit of 66 2/3% of your base
        salary up to $1,000 per week.
        VOLUNTARY TERM LIFE INSURANCE
        Voluntary Term Life Insurance is available for you, your spouse and your dependents to supplement the Basic Life and
        AD&D Insurance provided to you.
        VOLUNTARY LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE
        Voluntary Long-Term Care Insurance is available to you and other eligible family members.

        VOLUNTARY GROUP ACCIDENT & VOLUNTARY CRITICAL ILLNESS
        Voluntary Group Accident & Critical Illness Insurance is available for you, your spouse and your dependents. Coverage does
        not replace other group medical benefits. It is designed to supplement your medical plan coverage.
