Grafting to Quinta                       Abstract


                                                        This project is a guesthouse operated by an olive farmer who aims to create
                                                        a natural connection between the Portuguese countryside and his guests
                                                        through the concept of "grafting". Grafting is a farming method in which wild
                                                        olive trees are grafted with branches from fruitful trees to produce better
