Areas of Automation
To create a cloud, private or public, there must be programmatic
access to all layers. In other words, all of our devices must have
some sort of API. Ideally, instead of having to learn the APIs for
each component, a cloud user will have a central portal from which
all of the components can be manipulated from a GUI or a single
API.
In the private and public cloud stack of MCS we can centralise
management through Cloudcenter giving us true Hybrid Cloud
control. CloudCenter itself can be integrated with Service Now to
fully integrate both public and private cloud management with our
corporate IT services management.
