1. We have now identified a list of usable questions that would start a strategic conversation with
somebody in IT about their cloud strategy, or if they have one.

2. We have identified possible answers that we could get and based on those answers we recognize
what this means to us and therefore specific actions we could take to insert ourselves into our clients IT
crowd strategy

3. We’ve agreed that any one of the course delegates could apply that simple framework to any one of
their accounts as soon as their next meeting.
