● Work with project sponsor to finalise scope, timing &
deliverables (plan) and then build project collateral

● Identify key stakeholders & invite to kick-off meeting

 build understanding, gain commitment

● Mobilize resources, commence engagement & track
work done against plan

● Monitor and report on progress - weekly update to
sponsors

 Invoke escalation process if necessary

● Assess findings, create draft deliverables & share
with sponsor

● Dry-run findings before pre-brief to sponsor

● Present findings and recommended next steps
