−What is an Application Profile Template: Application Profile Templates are
common base application blueprints that can be used as starting points for
creating Application Profiles

−Example 1 – PHP Web App, which could be used as base profile, customized
and saved to create an Application Profile for Wordpress

−Example 2 – Hadoop, which can be customized and saved to make an
Application Profile for Hadoop Word Count
−How do you use an Application Profile Template?:
• Select from within Topology Modeler
−Application Profile Lifecycle (Onboarding)

• Create a “New” or Leverage an “Out of Box” template
• Configure and Save as Application Profile
• Use to Deploy App on cloud of your choice
