Configure Sub-Tenant

– Add email address of user to become the tenant
admin

– Name Tenant

– Tenant ID is used for login

– External ID is used with SSO integration

» The External ID would be mapped to an
authentication service field such as
Department. If you set the External ID to
QA then SSO users must have QA in the
mapped field to be added to the tenant
