Example Usage #1: Using Macro in a configuration file
Insert the macro (in this case the CloudCenter defined %XYZ_TIER_IP% macro) in a configuration
file. XYZ is a custom tier name. If the tier name is CustomDB1, then the macro name will be
%CustomDB1_TIER_IP%.
Specify the configuration file as an "App Config File" containing a CloudCenter token (macro) in
the App Profile" .
At deployment time the value
of the parameter will be set to
the private IP address of the
custom tier
The macro in the configuration file will
be replaced with the value of
parameter (in this example the private
IP of the CustomDB1 tier node)
