▶ Businesses are adept at running traditional IT platforms for traditional enterprise
workloads (eg ERP, CRM, etc) but eCommerce and online business requires IT to
support bimodal operations.
▶ The bimodal datacenter requires new processes and technologies to support fast-
changing, agile approaches to business solutions, such as DevOps and AI/Machine
Learning.
▶ If IT cannot offer these new platforms, line of business will simply step outside the
