What does our value sound like?
1. How do you deal with IT or data peaks and troughs in your
business?
2. How many Data Centers do you run? Are you reviewing
their use? Have you had any outages? If so, what was the
impact?
3. Are your users have performance related issues? (e.g.:
page refreshes, application loading times, timeouts, etc.)
4. Does your business use or are thinking of using cloud
services? (e.g.: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.
5. Do you have visibility and control of the cloud services you
are running? Are you confident that these meet security
and compliance requirements?
