BT are looking to help companies like yours cope with the challenges of reducing costs.
May I ask how you are being challenged within HR?
We support the rest of the business, however, I do have shadow target to
reduce staff costs, whilst Improving morale at the same time!
How likely is it that you will achieve your targets?
The operations team want to relocate a regional HQ to reduce on building
costs, however, I think that will churn 10-15% and really damage morale.
Sounds like that will cause you problems with your staff morale KPI. And what impact would
that have on your KPI of reducing staff cost?
