Discussion: seeing IoT through your
customer’s eyes

Think about the IoT opportunity materials and
information in the context of one of your key
customers

 What does IoT mean for that customer - prepare
   a SWOT from their perspective

    Strengths - eg. ability to use IoT effectively
    Weaknesses - eg. gaps in ability, or concerns
    Opportunities - eg. where IoT will help the business

       achieve its objectives
    Threats - eg. business challenges that may arise

       from the IoT (not using, new competitors, etc).
