• 3. Voice Gateways/Routers (on customer current solution)

• Describe/Diagram the existing Voice Gateways/Routers currently deployed in the environment.
• From the CLI type “Show Tech” on routers and save the output to a text file.
• From the CUCM, list all gateways and provide output. Collect and save this information.

• 4. Diagrams (current environment)

• Provide all network diagrams for the WAN, SIP and PSTN Voice environment

Provide a list of switches and routers, VPN used for voice applications/users, 3rd Party Voice/Video
Applications not captured in the within this document.

• 5. Upgrade Readiness Assessment Tool – This tool requires a CCO Login can be accessed

via: https://tools.cisco.com/urat/inputs/. This data can be provided either by uploading reports from

the Cisco Unified Reporting Tool (CURT) or by entering the information manually.

• Log in to Cisco Unified CM Administration web application.

• In the top right corner, in the Navigation drop-down list, click on 'Cisco Unified Reporting’, click 'Go'.

• In the menu bar, click 'System Reports'. A list of reports is displayed.

• In the main panel, click 'Unified CM Cluster Overview'. The system displays the report. On the right side of
the page, click the icon with the green arrow to download the report.

• In the main panel, click 'Unified CM Device Counts Summary'. The system displays the report. On the right
side of the page, click the icon with the green arrow to download the report.
