● Implement a Managed Services Offering (eg. Helpdesk, Remote Monitoring,
NOC, Support…)
● Develop services offerings that are packaged and repeatable
● Reduce resource intensive, customized consulting offerings
● Implement changes to processes to speed deployments
● Offer services that are more tightly integrated into line of business
requirements
● As Cloud adoption increases, address the opportunity to implement and
integrate solutions across multiple deployment models (eg. on-premise,
public and private Cloud)
