Step four: integration step.
a. From Process menu select integrate then:
1) Press select all regions.
2) Press delete selected regions.
(Step 1 & 2 if there is any un
wanted peak integration)
• Select define new region using
cursor (toggle).
• Drag the mouse from one end of the peak to another and select the required peaks.
➢ To calibrate the integration of certain peak to pre-defined value:
1) Right click on the required peak
2) Select calibrate current integral
3) Type the required value
4) Press ok.
