Dear BAYADA Friends,
Last night as I lay sleeping at 12:01 am, the documents signed in advance, my gift of BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. quietly passed from me to our new BAYADA nonprofit company.
Today I no longer own BAYADA, but I truly believe that being nonprofit gives us the best chance of making The BAYADA Way come true. We dream of serving millions of people worldwide, of leaving a lasting legacy, and of being the world’s most trusted team of home health care professionals. We will accomplish this by being true to our values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
I am experiencing a set of emotions. I am deeply thankful for my family who love, support, and encourage me. Please feel my deep gratitude to you for building
a caring and successful company. I feel closer to you because I am no longer the owner but a fellow colleague of yours bound together by great purpose.
My best wishes to you and your family and friends for a healthy and happy 2019. Let’s work together to make The BAYADA Way come true in 2019 and the generations beyond in our hearts and in homes throughout the world.
