3. OUTCOMES
➢ Present manifestation that there is wholesome coordination between the Extension
implementers and the target clientele/beneficiaries
The College Extension Program has been forging a memorandum of agreement with
the community as their clientele/beneficiaries. Through the memorandum of agreement, the
university, the LGU, and the community were involved in the participatory planning
activities. This is evidence that the University has established a strong linkage with its
partner government agencies and NGOs.
