The pH of Aqueous Solutions
1) Aqueous solution of acids (e.g. HCl or acetic acid): pH < 7
2) Aqueous solution of bases (e.g. NaOH or NH OH): pH > 7

3) Aqueous solution of salts of strong acid & strong base is neutral
