Promoting Negativity
The following behaviors are are actions that are are not conducive to Proactive Problem Solving and generally will do additional damage to the the situation and can affect the the campus community as a a a a a a a a a whole:
1 Assuming negative intent 2 Speaking negatively about another person 3 Not speaking directly to the person in in a a a healthy
manner about the concerns 4 Representing your thoughts or feelings as those
of the group “We feel ” when you have not been chosen to represent 5 Name calling
6 Holding a grudge 7 Trying to incite others against an individual 8 Passive aggressiveness
9 Sarcasm
10 Gossip
Students that are participating in in in negativity or or negative communications will meet with the Administration for coaching and may fall under disciplinary action Counseling
If at any time you you feel you you need the support of of of a a a a a a a a a professional councilor The Berkana Institute has a a a a a a a a a list of of of qualified professionals you you can contact who will offer you you a a a a a a student fee Please inquire with the Administration Refund Policy
42 Students Students Students not not accepted to to to the the school school are are entitled entitled to to to all all moneys paid paid Students Students Students who who cancel a a a a a a a a a a a a a a contract by notifying the the school within three (3) business days are entitled to a a a a a a a full refund of all tuition and fees paid Students who withdraw after (3) business days but before commencement of of classes are entitled to a a a a a a a a full refund of of all tuition and fees paid except the the the maximum cancelation penalty fee of of of $150 00 or 25% of of of the the the contract price whichever is less In the the the case of of of students withdrawing after commencement of of classes the school will retain a a a a a a a a a a cancellation charge plus a a a a a a a a a a percentage of of tuition and fees which is based on on on the the percentage of contact hours attended as as described in the the table below The refund is based on on the official date o of termination or withdrawal YPAREHTEGASAMFOETUTITSNIANAKREBEHT
