Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients

1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract Cover the bottom of an 8-9 inch square pan with fruit (prefer

1 cup Sifted flour Mix 3/4 cup sugar, butter, baking power, salt, extracts, milk
1 tbsp Cornstarch and flour together. Add a little more milk if you think it’s too
2 cup Chopped Rhubarb thick
1 3/4 cup Sugar divided
3 tbsp Butter, softened Mix remaining sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl, sprinkle
over mixture in pan
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt Cook for 15 mins @ 375 degrees
2/3 cup Boiling water
