ABRASIVE FORM OVERVIEW

Abrasive Form is one of the world’s largest independent
precision creep-feed grinding manufacturers and serves the
industrial gas turbine (“IGT”), aerospace, automotive, and
general industrial sectors. The Company’s product portfolio
includes 400+ custom engineered metal component parts,
including turbine blades, vanes, nozzles, shrouds, rotors, and
sprockets, and sells components both directly to OEMs as well
as to aftermarket manufacturers. Approximately 80% of
products sold into the IGT and aerospace end-markets
represent replacement components for existing industrial gas
turbine installations and aerospace engine platforms.

Calvert Street investment strategy centers on: (i)
professionalizing the Company’s operations and management;
(ii) further penetrating the IGT market; and (iii) pursuing
opportunities arising from the existing commercial aviation
megacycle. In the first 12 months of ownership, Calvert Street
has made significant investments in both people and
equipment to further support Abrasive Form’s market
position.
