Jim serves as the Chairman of Premium Inspection
& Testing’s Board of Directors, playing a crucial

role in the Company’s strategy development and
growth initiatives.

Jim is an NDT-industry icon having built and
operated a series of successful businesses over the last 40
years. Jim’s strong leadership and managerial skills have been
instrumental in developing and building many companies from
start-up through their high-growth phases for decades.
Included in his long line of business ventures, Jim was the

founder of Longview Inspection, Inc., a predecessor of Acuren,
a prominent global NDT inspection service provider.
Well-known and respected throughout the NDT industry, Jim

is connected with key industry players and is a driving force for
progress and transformative change that translates into
improved NDT profitability and expanded business
opportunities.

Jim began his relationship with Calvert Street in 2010 as a
Board Director of IOS, a downstream inspection and repair
business.
