Currently the Director of Strategic Objectives
and a Board Member of Premium Inspection &
Testing, Rod has over 38 years of experience in
the testing and inspection industry. From 2000

to 2015, Rod was the President and Managing
Partner of QCTL and QCC (now subsidiaries of Premium
Inspection and Testing). Prior to QCTL, Rod had various
management and technical roles at Conam Inspection (now
Mistras), MQS Inspection (now TEAM), and Union Carbide.

Rod’s technical certifications include NAS 410 and ASNT Level
III certifications in the radiographic, mag particle, ultrasonic,
visual and liquid penetrant testing methods.

Rod has served in numerous leadership roles across multiple
industry associations (e.g. NDTMA and ASNT) and has
published articles in various technical trade journals.
