Consultant—Retired from Rolls Royce

Pat serves as an independent board member
at Abrasive Form, a current Calvert Street
portfolio company.

Pat recently retired from Rolls Royce plc as
Chief Operating Officer of the Defense
Division. In this role, Pat led global operations at five facilities
encompassing four million square feet and $2 billion of annual

production output. While at Rolls, Pat also served as the COO
of the Marine Division and President of Naval Marine
operations.

Prior to Rolls Royce, Pat spent almost 20 years with GE in
various leadership roles in both the Power Generation and
Naval/Marine divisions.

Pat is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College undergraduate and
earned a master’s degree from George Washington University.
