Karen is currently President of the Industrial
Group for Scapa plc, a global manufacturer of
adhesive components for applications in
healthcare and industrial markets. Scapa plc is

publicly traded on the AIM with a market cap
of $500 million.
Karen previously served as the CEO and President of Main Tape

Company, a Calvert Street portfolio company successfully exited in
2015.

Karen has served in numerous positions and ultimately as
President and CEO of Adhesives Research, a leading developer
and manufacturer of pressure-sensitive solutions serving
healthcare, electronics and industrials, from 1992 through
2007.

Karen is a graduate of California Lutheran University and
earned a master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland.
