John is currently helping Calvert Street
develop a leading thermal processing
business and will serve as Chairman upon
closing the initial acquisition.

John previously served as CEO of
Bodycote Plc for eight years. Bodycote is an international
thermal processing company listed on the London Stock
Exchange with a market capitalization of over $1 billion. Prior

to becoming CEO, John was President of Bodycote's North
American Thermal Processing business. Before joining
Bodycote, John was the President and owner of Hinderliter
Heat Treating, which he grew from one location with sales
under $1 million to seven facilities generating over $22 million
in revenue. He sold the business to Bodycote in 1996 in a tax

free stock swap, thereby allowing Bodycote to enter the North
American heat treat market.
John is a licensed-registered Professional Engineer (PE). Well

known and respected in the thermal processing industry, John
has served on numerous trade association boards and has
received several notable industry awards.

John remains an avid motorcyclist. He has Bachelor’s degree in
Metallurgical Engineering as well as an MBA from Cleveland
State University.
