Valence Surface Technologies—Chief Executive Officer
Tracy is the CEO of Valence Surface Technologies.
Valence, headquartered in Houston, is the largest
independent surface treatment company in the U.S.,
operating ten plants that provide coatings, shot
peen, plating and NDT in industries such as aviation,
defense, space, satellite, electronics and medical device.
Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in aerospace, industrial and
special processing. He previously served as CEO of Veritas Steel and
held executive positions at Honeywell Aerospace and Bodycote Plc.
Tracy majored in Electrical Engineering at Lamar University and
received an MBA at Arizona State.
