Stifel—Vice Chairman Diversified Industries

Mr. Gray is a Vice Chairman in Investment
Banking focused on Industrials. He is responsible
for corporate clients relationships in the Diversified
Industrials Group – particularly those in the
Business, Industrial & Environmental Services
sectors. Mr. Gray has completed over 135
strategic advisory and financing transactions worth over $150
billion for clients in these sectors over the past fifteen years.

Prior to joining Stifel in December 2012, Mr. Gray was a

Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Credit Suisse where
he was Head of the Global Industrial & Environmental Services
Investment Banking team. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr.
Gray was Head of Deutsche Bank’s Global Business &
Industrial Services Investment Banking team. Mr. Gray joined
Alex. Brown in 1989 which was acquired by Bankers Trust in
1997 which was, in turn, acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999.
Prior to joining Alex. Brown, Mr. Gray worked for Robertson,

Colman & Stephens, Bain & Company and Citibank.
