Peter serves as the President and CIO of FDS
Healthcare Solutions, a current Calvert Street

portfolio company.

Peter is the former CIO of CBSA/Performax, a
Calvert Street Fund II portfolio company that
operated in the health benefits administration and TPA industry.

While at CBSA/Performax, the company’s revenue grew from
$20 million to $100 million with EBITDA margins of 25%,
completed four acquisitions and realized significant organic
growth. CBSA/Performax was sold Meritain and following the
sale, Peter assumed the CIO position of Meritain Health
through its eventual sale to Aetna for $600M.

Peter has over 25 years of technology leadership experience in
Healthcare and Financial Services. Throughout his career he

has managed technical teams in excess of 150 people and $30
million budgets. He has significant experience in data warehouse
and business intelligence solutions in various markets, including
healthcare and financial services.

Peter is a board member of RxInnovation (the holding company of
FDS).
