ANDOR REIBER, Ph.D

Andor Reiber is Managing Partner of the
Reiber Group, a human capital consulting firm
specializing in talent management. He advises
leaders from a broad array of companies, both

regionally and globally, in industries such as
private equity, automotive/industrial products
and services, financial services, apparel,
specialty chemical, technology, healthcare, and specialty retail.

Andor’s work focuses on executive and management
assessment and development, leadership coaching, succession
planning, performance requirement and competency
modeling, selection and staffing systems, and executive team
building.

Andor earned a Ph.D. degree in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from Wayne State University and completed his
undergraduate degree at The University of Toronto, Canada.
He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational

Psychology and was a former President and Treasurer of the
Michigan Association of Industrial Organizational
Psychologists. He has also served as adjunct professor at
Wayne State University and University of Detroit-Mercy.
