A circular walk south of Hereford on tracks and minor roads, forest, hills, places of interest.
Pub lunch has been arranged at 10 miles (pay on the day).
Option of dropping out at this point with transport back to the start.

Along Cat’s Back ridge towards Black Hill above the Olchon Valley, introducing a new smartphone app called ‘Voyages in Deep Time’ which will help you to observe the rocks encountered en route and understand what they tell us about the landscapes that existed here millions of years ago.
Available to download to your own smartphone beforehand although some small tablets available
