Malvern
Built on a steep incline pretty Malvern town is well known for its private schools, theatre and active Three Counties Showground. The latter hosts some of the area’s biggest and long-running events attracting 90,000 visitors to its Royal Three Counties Show alone. Originally a spa town famed for its spring and mineral water coming from some 88 springs and fountains of the mighty Malvern Hills, the rugged walking of and views of the Worcestershire Beacon, British Camp and Herefordshire Beacon and the rest of the hill range are now the main attraction. Forming the border between Herefordshire and Worcestershire the Malverns are a mecca for walkers of all abilities.
