An introduction to the specific technique of Nordic Walking with two specially designed Nordic Walking poles.
With a qualified British Nordic Walking Instructor, you will learn the basics of Nordic Walking and the additional physical benefits it can bring - think posture, gait, calorie burning & upper body toning. Walking poles will be provided.

From the River Wye over Dinedor Camp to Dinedor Village and return looking at interesting historic Neolithic & Iron Age sites including the Rotherwas Ribbon, the hill fort, medieval field systems etc.
Morning tea/coffee halfway and an optional pub stop at the end.
