Over stretching can cause instability in the muscles and joints and lead to injury . 90% of us need not worry about this.
Just focus and be in the moment when you are stretching.
WORKOUT TIPS
If you workout in the morning prior to eating or consuming anything with calories - you will ENHANCE your fat burning .
Also if you drink BLACK coffee - no sugar !!!! Prior to working out you ENHANCE further fat burning or tapping into what is called your adipose tissue.
If you are not used to this in the beginning you will struggle for energy - but trust me soon your body will adapt and you will increase your post workout high AKA Endorphine rush
If you are not able to do this workout fasted - then make sure you do something in the morning. One of our other exercise programs , a walk ( weighted preferably - use your ankle weights ) otherwise anything you can - 20 - 60 minutes .
IF YOU ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES then do 10 minutes !!!!!
DO WHAT YOU CAN but know that this is THE best thing you are doing - INVESTING IN YOUR HEALTH IN THE LONGTERM.
