EAT CRAP = FEEL LIKE CRAP.

SLEEP
Optimising sleep is essential
This is your bodies fat burning time . The more and the deeper your sleep is, the better. Aim for 8 hours if you can. Some people do not need this much but MOST of us do
Sleep in a dark room - I wear eye mask as I am very sensitive to light . If its noisy wear ear plugs, make sure your bedroom is cool and dark
Mattress should be changed if its not comfortable
Best to sleep on your side or back NOT on your front
AVOID BLUE LIGHT from computer screens, iPads, TV, phones at LEAST 2-4 hours before bed. This interrupts your sleep
NEVER drink coffee after lunch - it stays in your system and disrupts sleep
